Sonya Martinez-Ortiz

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As Executive Director, Sonya provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Rape Recovery Center, guiding the organization in its mission to support survivors, promote healing, and end sexual violence. She collaborates closely with the board of directors, staff, and community partners to develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives that address the root causes of sexual violence and empower survivors.

Stephany has worked within the nonprofit sector for over 15 years, and her passion for anti-racism, community building, and empathetic leadership drive her daily work. Her passion is ensuring that all survivors have access to the necessary services.

As Development Director at the Rape Recovery Center, I leverage 15 years of expertise in fundraising, program development, and communication to amplify our mission. With a commitment to transparency and creating safe spaces, I drive impactful initiatives, securing vital resources and fostering community partnerships that support survivors of sexual violence and move us closer to ending violence in our state.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Operations Manager, Anthony oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, including management of the office, human resources, finances, and audits, as well as analysis and improvement of organizational processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
