Sexual Assault Defined

Sexual assault is unwanted sexual contact of any kind. This may include touching, fondling, indecent exposure, etc. Sexual harassment is any deliberate or repeated behavior (visual, verbal, or physical) that is sexual or gender-based and unwelcome. 

Sexual assault is a crime of power and control. A survivor is never responsible for the assault.
